When you ask us to find you a tutor by completing and submitting our online Pupil Registration Form, we check our extensive database and ask a suitable tutor to telephone you directly in order to discuss your requirements in more detail, before you make your decision.  This discussion will also involve agreement with the tutor on the fee.  This fee is the total fee you would pay directly to the tutor at the end of each lesson of one hour.  It includes the agency’s charge for this service.  There are no extras.  We do not require an additional registration fee for the pupil.

We do not ask you to sign any Contract Form, so you can finish the lessons at any time you like, without having to pay any penalty charges.  It would be appreciated, however, if the tutor were given reasonable notice.
